I had previously refinanced with Compass Mortgage and Jim Galas on the house I was selling to buy a downsized home. The process from pre-approval to close was very smooth. The entire team did a great job from start to finish and the communication was excellent and always professional. Communication and work flow is a PLUS for Compass.

My buyer had a mortgage company that took 6 weeks past the original close date, but Compass had me "Clear to Close" early and it was simply a waiting game while the other mortgage company floundered and stalled. I with my buyer had used Compass Mortgage.

Jim and Compass Mortgage did a tremendous job while we waited for the other inept mortgage company to get it together. I am hoping this is my last home, but I can guarantee that if I ever buy again or need to refinance, I will look no further than Jim Galas and Compass Mortgage. They are the BEST!
