I can tolerate high prices, crowds, and long lines in the hot sun. I can even tolerate the silly name "Borderless." (By the way, Japan is a great country in part because it enforces its borders with great enthusiasm, in contrast to most Western countries which have allowed themselves to be overrun.) But the "art exhibits" (if they can even be called that) were run of the mill animated images that were just plain boring. True, it might be fun to see moving cartoons on a wall if you are 2 or 3 years old. But for older kids or adults, it's basically a building in which crowds of people mill around among animated cartoons on screens. We punched some giant balloons, got a few cool selfies, and went down a slide. Whee! I didn't feel emotionally moved in the least. I try to be an open-minded person who enjoys the world, but this was a huge disappointment.
