Sorry Blah Blah Kiss Kiss, but we tried. We tried to talk. We called Board Members. We started a parent group. We tried to voice concerns to admin personally. Three years in a row. We had teacher documentation and first hand accounts and still nothing changed. Ms. Norris is correct in her assessment.

there are several reasons why some of us may be anonymous, please don't be judgy when you obviously have no idea. HCA is a small school where everyone knows everyone and maybe they are anonymous to protect those or themselves still there. I have heard that there are a few teachers (some of those that have only been there a year or two) not returning and a few trying to find jobs elsewhere. Please ask yourselves why, 3 years (4 now) in a row, 30% of the teachers leave. There has to be a common denominator.

i also find it so appalling that a couple of the teachers there are using Mrs. Norris as a 'lesson' in some of the classes. No one can invalidate her experience, and I know that if anyone asked any of the other 30%/yr of teachers that left in 2014, 2015, or 2016 why they left, they would find the common denominator.
