IHG Crowne Plaza Dubai Review

The hotel is nice, clean and the service is excellent, but it is a drawback if there is a disco and a bar if it becomes night at night.

Very bad in terms of hygiene and eating the last time I booked it because it is so bad
The services provided by the hotel are bad by eating and meals are very bad and the rooms are very clean and the furniture is old and has a smell and the internet is very weak

My favorite hotel in Dubai; Many food and beverage options; Free parking service; There are rooms and apartments; The Czech Republic is late if the hotel is available and they don't bother you; They follow you first Powell if it is connected to WhatsApp, to take your notes

Sophisticated, clean and serviced around and explained

The hotel is located on Sheikh Zayed Road and is available in all services and near all the hotels, shops, cafes and restaurants in Sheikh Zayed Road, to Abnok, Metrodubb and Mall of Dubai located opposite the Emirates Towers on the other side

Amazing experience to stay in the crown plaza as I was upgraded to a suite, it had an Jacuzzi, separate WC, lounge area, dining area, small kitchen and great views from the top floor. The reception was busy both during check-in and checkout with two people on duty, they should have a smarter way to reduce the queue waiting times either by increasing the number of people on reception or self service or pre-allocate room for the bookings.

Dubai's first "7 Star" Hotel (actually it's just 5). Great big ballroom for events plus some nice dining outlets like Wagamama (Asian), Chamas (Brazilian Steakhouse) and Western Steakhouse. Good location too.

Superb Ambience and clean rooms. Slightly costly but worth it.

Very good place to stay , espicially the neatness and the services they provide , the staffs are having very gentle behaviour , its really a very good place to stay and also its very near to the trade center and just opposite to the future museum

For this location of Dubai it is a very old and poor hotel, the bufet dinner is not bad here, but you will not feel that you are in 5 stars hotel.

A lively hotel for those who love life and movement

Currently going under construction in some parts of the building. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there until renovations are completed.

Crowne Plaza is the best place to stay, relax and relax your nerves

Wow, Crowne Plaza is a wonderful mix of hotel, restaurants, cafes, bars and retail shops. Try the ground floor coffee shop for very inexpensive breakfast - a lot of guests from the hotel favour this spot. Or maybe Lebanese all in one upstairs would suit your taste better. Or why not try the English style pub also upstairs that serve a brunch on a Friday and Saturday. For the evening try the lay back style of Wagamama - gyozas, spicy noodles washed down with a fresh juice or perhaps something stronger. Or if you want to start the w/e right try the Brazilian all you can eat meat sliced off tournedos at your table washed down with something special.

Cleanliness, location, facilities and hospitality by staff was impressive.

The hotel is in a a decent location, next to Sheikh Zayed Rd. With a nearby metro and awaiting taxis. There are several restaurants near by. The staff are friendly and helpful, but the building and amenities appear are a bit old. The gym is spacious; the pool is moderately sized with a good view of the city. The rooms are alright, nothing special.

Hotel is high rise and facilities are excellent. Can be costly in the tourism time. Breakfast is excellent and includes all type of food.. Veg, non-veg, European, Chinese majorly. If you select the higher floors, you can see the burj khalifa from the hotel window.

Very much elegant, distinctive and further progress

We are a regular guest and we always dine at alfresco Italien restaurant , best greeting by the manager Arlene, and best service of my favorite waiter Mohamed Munzeer khan. He is so helpful and he gives the best service ever

It's clean and well located, but incomparable to the newer hotels in the city.
