Beautiful amazing property, WEAK on customer service. Following dropping $1k at the spa, we watched food runners take our food twice to the wrong table. Service in the Point Royale was excellent, but please note, we ate the buffet.

The beach staff was disappointing standing around, talking in 2s & 3s. We arrived at 830am on a Saturday. Most of the front row chaise lounges were taken. We were not greeted or welcomed. We asked and were told the beach opens at 930am. We asked and were told to go wait for someone to give us towels. We had to wait for someone to come and give us towels while groups of 2 and 3 employees stood around gossiping.

We set up our chairs on our own.
