Terrible internet service and terrible customer service. The internet in Page, AZ has been so bad the past two months and it seems like nothing is being done about it. Every time I call tech support they remotely restart my router/modem and call it a day. Sometimes they don't say anything at all and I end up hanging up the phone. I pay for the 1 Gb package and only get 20 Mb on a good day. I've asked on multiple occasions if I can get my bill reduced since I don't get the speeds that I pay for, but I don't get an answer to that either.
