They sell UNWIND cars as NEW cars.

I was told that there was something wrong with my temporary registration two days ago. I went there and they replaced my "NEW vehicle temporary identification" with "USED vehicle temporary identification".

It turned out that this car had been sold before but for whatever reason it was returned (a lady said the reason was that the costumer didn't want to take it, another guy said it was because the financial fell through). But since this car has been registered before, it needs to be registered as USED in DMV.

They NEVER informed me of this unwind deal before I bought the car. I was told that the car was completely new and the big mileage (over 100) was because of test drives by salesman Bahman.

When I asked their sales manager, he just insist that they had the car back because the financial problem so that the car was still new. I don't understand this logic, once a car has been titled, it should be an USED car.

After I left there, I contacted the salesman that I worked with to ask why he never told me this before I bought the car. He said he didn't have any acknowledge of this and would check to see what's going on. And then he relied that " just talk with my manager Lan and he told me he already talked to you and explained the situation. Please let me know if there is any other thing you want me to do."

I asked why I wasn't informed of this and only got such an useless reply. Even NO APOLOGY.

I suspect that it is even illegal to sell a car that has been registered before as a new car.

AVOID THEM.
