I left a message a few days earlier, but no one had called me back. After trying to call both the sales and service departments half a dozen times I was again only reaching their answering machine. Finally calling once more, I was met with an awfully rude woman on the other end of the phone who spoke to me as if I was the biggest waste of her time.
