Originally bought from them because of a good call with a sales rep. Bought a Rotex sander and decided to return it. When talking to a rep about the return I noticed they had a 20% restocking fee. However, was promised in the email that Festools 30 day money-back-guarantee meant I would get a full refund. Never got the full refund, and have had about a dozen calls to FAO trying to get the rest of my money. Each time they say I ll have to talk to my manager when he comes in... I ll have him give you a call. I ve never gotten a call back. At this point I just feel scammed and disappointed. I buy a lot of tools but won t buy from FAO again.
