At breakfast and hear the manager at the restaurant having a melt down. "If I hear one more complaint, I'm going to shut the restaurant down and send everyone home." Quality has seriously gone down hill since the last time we were here. I can say we will not be staying here again. We had to switch rooms because of a leak, they informed me that with a military discount our stay would have been MORE expensive. Our new room stinks, the condensation on the window caused water all over the sill and floor. And as for CocoKeys, none of the sprinklers were working and they were always out of towels. The lifeguards were more concerned with flirting with teenagers than doing their job. One little girl was shoved off of her floatie by some bigger kids, and the staff did nothing. Kids run wild and It is not a safe environment. We will not be back.
