All service at Honda are great employee's. I pulled a star back because my 2016 Civic A/C went out and only 1/2 the system was fixed. It was only 4 months before the heat kicked in before I noticed the A/C was blowing cool and not cold. Of course I purchased extend warranty only because I was have pcu problems since the begining of my purchase. Honda is just not made like the models before 2006.
