Sunday Brunch @thelaughingfoxcafe_emerald Just a 30 minute drive from our place is this gorgeous warm cafe in the heart of Emerald. The staff are friendly and service amazing. Was very busy today with many people being turned away as they had reached the 12 person capacity! We were lucky to get a table and as soon as we did we decided on our meals and ordered at the counter. Today we ordered the Eggs Benedict and the Baked Jacket Potato and a couple of Lattes. The coffee came out first and was very good, my strong Latte was rich and creamy even though we requested the lactose free milk! The Jacket potato was beautifully baked served with melted cheese bacon, sour cream on a bed of creamy coleslaw. The eggs Benedict we got with smoked salmon was also extremely delicious and creamy on top a bed of spinach leaves. Overall an amazing experience which we enjoyed and look forward to coming back again soon!! Thanks Ali and Nozi & the team at The Laughing Fox Cafe
