Complete lack of organization. Took me weeks to reach admission coordinator, Alexa (I understand COVID, but a return call with correspondence would have been nice). Social worker Abigail also let my mother sign herself out AMA and revoke POA despite a diagnosis of severe cognitive disorder (dementia). She said she could not wait until my mother's doctors offices could be contacted the next morning to send over documentation indicating mother was unable to make her own decisions aka medically incompetent because it was not already in the system and they could not "hold her against her will". Seems odd because she had been trying to leave for two days and none of the other staff said that. Within two days of leaving AMA my mother ended up in the hospital for reasons she ultimately needed to be in a facility for.
Not a great experience and would not recommend.
