I don t usually take the time to write reviews but Ron Bautista definitely deserves to have a review written for him. Last year, I made a quick decision to purchase a new vehicle and shortly after realized I made a bad decision (this was from a different dealership). So, I decided to check out Covert in Austin and was greeted by Ron and from the very beginning he was very professional and friendly. I explained my previous situation with him and he wanted to ensure that didn t happen again. He listened to all my requests and made sure I got exactly what I wanted and left there happy. He was very patient with me and never once tried pushing or pressuring me into making a decision. Honestly, this was the best car buying experience I ve had. Everyone at Covert that I came into contact with was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Covert Austin and especially recommend going to see Ron for your sales guy. You won t be disappointed.
