The communication from the team was first class and the tub was installed to a very professional standard and instructions how to operate clearly explained. I must also say the team has been very responsive via messenger as well with a couple of minor trouble shooting issues i had but they genuinely respond within the hour ( max ) and clearly help with any queries. I am very happy with the tub and would recommend Blue Spa to anyone considering purchasing a hot tub in the future!
