Anand Agarwal Review of The Fairmont Kea Lani Maui

We visited Maui for the first time and stayed at this property based on reviews on various social media sites. All of these were accurate and beyond our expectations.
This is one of the best property one can ask for and very family friendly and all activities are closer even though this is a medium size resort. Very neat and clean, friendly staff, different activities for kids of all ages, pools are nice and they serve a lot of free stuff by the poolside. As normal for Hawaii the food and drinks are pricier but when we explored other restaurants in Maui - we didn t feel it was expensive at all. Generally the place is expensive for food and drinks.
Private beach is very clean and served with enough chairs and umbrellas. Snorkeling, scuba diving lessons, canoe etc are added advantage and you don t have to go far to get these activities done unless you are looking for more advanced trips. We just had to drive for parasailing but rest were able to do it at this property or Kihei which is next town.
Koe and Ama bar and grill are nice and good food. Makena caffe for small snacks etc is good.
Overall we are so impressed that next trip we are staying here only
Lauau next door at grand Wailea was very good too.
Once you are in Wailea town you ll not like to go and stay at Lahaina or adjoining areas
Free yoga and fitness classes are very nice and relaxing
Note that this is pricey location ranging from 600-1000 dollars a night, but you are treated with that luxury and comfort as well
