We have gone to Wilmot 3 times this year, each trip I had to call Wilmot to change my dates. Both times I called the staff are super friendly Julie & Payton were understanding and took care of crediting back the charges. On the days we have skied the staff in the food court to all the rental staff that get you fed and suited up are super friendly too. Overall for a short drive from Chicago Wilmot is a great family fun day outing. Oh! I almost forgot the ski instructors are amazing, even if your not in a class with them they will help you out on the mountain.
