I am in the midst of dealing with this insurance "Company" for damages resulting from a nightmare delivery from Fidelitone/Dog Deli on a NordicTrack from Icon Fitness. I should have read these reviews sooner and saved my time and energy! Obviously this company drags their feet on claims and underpays from what I gather....unfortunately I keep getting the run around from Amanda DeCicco that she "cannot reach the insured". She has now resulted to victim blaming and making it seem like the $10k worth of damage to my house is my fault or not factual?! I recommend getting a lawyer involved as others have had to do it seems and now I will be forced to do!
