My teenager called and ordered food tonight. My child asked if they were still open and can he place an order. The lady who answered the phone said yes and was very pleasant. She is always pleasant. I have always had a great visit until tonight. I went in to pick up his order and as I was waiting at the table near the bar the cook in the back was upset about something blowing up and then said loudly "if they dont like their order they can come back here and tell me". I voiced how I could hear the person in the back and I would have no problem going back there. The young lady up front told the cook in the back that I could here them. The cook said "I dont care". I was like excuse me. Now that pissed me off. I asked the kind lady who was at the bar bringing the food to bag it "what the person's name was who was speaking disrespectfully" She said the person's name was Frankie. So if you go to this Beef O Brady's to eat just know that "FRANKIE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS OR IF YOU CAN HEAR HOW MUCH THEY DONT CARE! Very disappointing to know this Beef O Brady's has an employee like this working there. Frankie... if you don't like your job, then quit and find something else to do. You definitely need training in Customer Service. Now on a positive note... The bartender and owner are always pleasant. I will never order from this Beef O Brady's as long as Frankie is there. For the price I pay for the food I expect great Customer Service.
