Update: I thought i would give you guys a shot, seeing how close you are to my home. I spoke with Bob personally today. I must say, i see why FMF is getting bad reviews. Bob is not someone I would ever want to give my hard earned money to. He single handedly lost my sale today. My salesman Mark was awesome. Bob is pretty rude in demeanor, and needs to work on his customer skills. I will be buying a truck this weekend. It won't be from FMF. I'm a loyal customer too, I've bought 9 vehicles over 11 years from 2 dealerships. Guess I'll be going back to the ones I like and trust. Bad for you guys, I change vehicles like underwear. I'll never be back again. Cheers Bob.
