Where to begin? Reception didn't answer calls for reservations despite trying 5 times. Made online booking, and had to wait 45 mins before being shown to room because reception desk not bothered to phone manager and register the booking. Room key card did not work. Air conditioning in room did not work. It took the hotel 45 minutes and two calls to send a handyman, who said the problem was fixed when it wasn't (despite me telling him the aircon was still not working). Food at buffet and breakfast was substandard. The Restaurant Paradiso is empty for a reason, and that is because the food is inedible, your staff have no idea what's going on, and no notion of customer service. This was sincerely the worst experience I have ever had at a 5 star hotel and I will be ensuring that no members of my workplace return to it.
