Not a good experience from start to end. Photo's came home with an order date deadline that was the previous day - so orders were already considered late. Ongoing tech issues with the website were very frustrating. The overall process for ordering photo's is outdated and time consuming. When trying to take advantage of the Family Plan (ordering photos for more than 2 children) the process is not at all customer friendly....orders must be placed online for the first 2 children and then a call must be made to the 1 -800 number in order to order the additional children's photos by phone. I was on hold waiting for a service provider for 45 minutes, after being on the website for over an hour! It should not take 2 hours to order school photos!!!! I have purchased photos from other school photo companies that have more intuitive website and tech systems to support family plan discounts which make photo selection and purchasing a much more enjoyable experience. Edge Imaging just has not kept their ordering system up with the times and their workflows are not customer focused. Hoping the school does use this company next year.
