There was a safety report submitted for glass that hit me while employee slammed a liquor bottle. Staff at reception were great but other that the steakhouse the food was not up to expectations and took more than 30-45 min most times to get served. I am very dissatisfied. Employees (most) need customer service training for the cost of this facility.
