This is our second time to hire Sharlene as our mortgage broker. She did an excellent job for our recent new house purchase. She locked a great rate and also made the best choice of loan company based on our situation. She knows every piece of the closing procedure of the new house. When the house was closing to finish, the builder was worried that we could not close the house on time due to the contingency of loan company and tried to pushed us to use their own mortgage company, but with higher rate. Thanks to Sharlene s proactiveness, we solved every possible issues and had a smooth closing. During the process, she was always patient to answer all my questions and very responsive. We highly recommend Sharlene. She knows her job very well.
