The hotel Staff were professional and friendly. The Doormen were especially nice and funny. The hotel's location in Union Square was exceptional. The only downside of this hotel was their rooms' walls were "thin". The rooms' soundproofing need to be updated. I could hear the guests in the room beside mine. My 65-year old Auntie, who was in another room, got a noise and barking dog complaint. It was only 5:45pm and my Auntie did not have a dog! Lol
