Got a call claiming I owed 379$ from just over 2 y...

Got a call claiming I owed 379$ from just over 2 years ago from a medical service I never received. They gave me a physicians license number only, and refused to name the location or name of the office I supposedly went to. I entered the license number 60139839 into the physicians database and it came up expired. This has got to be some type of scam. Do not pay these clowns.
