I had an emergency service visit while I was trying to get out of town to head home from a vacation weekend and Nalley Ford was the only dealership within 40 miles with the efficiency to see me the same day. David in the service department exhibited the technical acumen of a senior mechanic with some of the best customer service I've ever received.
