After a long trip, I wanted to get some food at the restaurant and the only vegan option I could get was steamed vegetables and a beer. I was hungry so I had to go to pret-a-manger next door. Not even the mashed potatoes were vegan..come on! Same with the breakfast, very limited option, like two options (cereals). That s too bad, Vegan options are suitable for many people, including the ones allergic to dairy. My room, 7070 7th floor, had a huge stain on the carpet and that carpet looked like has been there forever. Very old and very shabby. Staff was superfriendly though and the position is amazing, very central. Biggest cons is the food: I think in 2019 is mad not considering to have vegan options: there are many many benefits for the planet and for your health and it is a very inclusive food option. An effort could be made to make rooms more comfortable: change the carpet, give instructions next to the phone on how to reach the desk, don t freeze the room with air conditioning and give instructions for that ad well.
