Very good, pleasant and helpful staff, clean and comfortable.

The only down side was the shower/bathroom. The switching from the bath tap to shower tap system was temperamental and annoying, even the bloke who come to help us with it had a few goes at it before it worked! No hot water the 3 times someone tried to shower, and no fan in the bathroom.

Not deal breakers by any means, but it did make the bathroom feel very old, and was a little annoying.
