We stayed at Hylands for a few days during our honeymoon in Ireland. Everyone was so friendly, and accommodating, almost like staying at your family s cottage. Even if you re not a Guinness fan, you ve got to try just One in the bar, and be sure to stay for lunch or dinner. The food was delicious and perfectly plated. They make these swan pastries that are just out of this world! Plus, we got to meet the chefs personally, which was a real treat!
