I brought one of my feral cats to be seen for a hacking cough, during which the tongue was extended, and difficulty in swallowing. During my wait, it seemed like every 15 minutes, an emergency situation walked through the door. Each time the staff met them with prompt attention and action. Some of the results were noticeable from the owners' reactions. The compassion surrounding each pet/owner was visible.
