IF YOU MUST BUY FROM THEM DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR EXTENDED WARRANTY THEY DO NOT HONOR IT. They do not stand behind the new cars that they sell beware.
Horrible customer service. They refuse to honor their warranties. I have a brand new car I purchased with warranty where I come to them for something wrong, they try to charge me 180 for diagnostics and tried to say the system issues I was having could be due to a mouse. A MOUSE. Are you kidding me? What kind of bs is this. I never in my life have had someone want me to pay 180 for diagnostics on a brand new car with valid warranty because most dealerships have the integrity to stand behind what they sell. Not this one - obviously their cars have issues that's why they behave like this.
Additionally, when my car was BRAND new (as in one day old) the tire had pressure issues and they tried to charge me 40 to change it. Any other dealer would have out of courtesy fixed the tire of a one day brand new car for free. I paid, and the tire still had pressure issues which again they are charging me to replace.
I have been a lifetime honda owner and had been to dozens of dealerships and never in my life have I experienced customer service as horrible as this one. This service is so bad it seriously is making me contemplating selling my car and going with another brand just so I don't have to deal with them anymore. And again - i've been a loyal honda customer for the past 20 years and been to dozens of dealership - this is by far the worst out of not just honda but non honda dealership customer service.
