We stopped in here to drive a used Outback and worked with Scott (salesperson) and Gabe (manager). Scott was a pleasure to work with, very customer focused and conscientious. We had a little mix-up and Gabe stepped in to make it right and we ended up buying a new Outback from Mike Shaw Subaru. They had to get the car from another dealer so we stopped in the next day to pick it up. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We would recommmend Mike Shaw as a business to buy from.
