Altough it is an unique digital museum, you better lower your expectations...i had a much better experience going at the temporary exhibition than the actual permanent one. They ve lost the whole concept of zen space and went to full disneyland long lines in a smaller place concept. No fair warning, at Dysney parks they at least give you the line details and specific attraction tickets. Besides, one or two installations were out of order. also, they definitely oversell the tickets. And that part is dangerous, because if a fire would start over there, many wouldn t make it out.
My final consideration: Go there if you are really curious and if it is your first teamlab visitation, but, you best arrive before it opens, the crowd will keep building up until you are squeezed out of the museum. think twice before bringing babies, elders or people with disabilities, keep in mind that this is an amusement park without the proper infrastructure. i have no problems with long lines, this is Tokyo, but the production should manage it properly, not overselling would be a good start.
