My alarm security box apparently had burnt out not even realizing. Scheduled a time to have the Smith Thompson Technician to come view. The appointment was set very promptly for the next day. The Technician was very professional, polite and kind. The best part of it all was he fixed/replaced the issue in a matter of minutes.
