We had a issue with our car and thought we still had a little bit of warranty left. See we bought this 2018 c-hr used from CarMax and was told there was a 3 year 36000 mile warranty on the car and 5 year on the power tran. Well what we didn t know was that the warranty started when it was bought new by the original owner . Which we found this out when we had to take it in for a repair . The warranty had ran out about a week after we bought it so the repair was not covered but the Service Manager David made some calls to Toyota and got them to cover the repair. I feel that this was something he didn t have to do. I will continue to take my car here and will recommend them to all others that need there Toyota s serviced.
