I hadn't been into a room at the Rio before this trip. The rooms are horrible. We rented 2 rooms for 2 nights. That's was over $600 for 2 nights. Paying that amount of money for a room, I assume it would be nice. We arrived right at check-in time. We had called ahead to ensure our rooms would be near each other. We got there to check-in and they had made no arrangements for our rooms to be near one another. We get to our room and it's old, run down, with stains everywhere. The counter top was even miss matched. Further, both rooms had throw up in them. When we called the front desk they told us they can only move 1 of our rooms. Eventually they moved both rooms but required serious determination on my part. The new room was equally run down, stained and old. At least there wasn't throw up in it. Do not reserve here.
