Asked to speak to pt told phone in room could not be called if the pt cant get the phone. Ask to speak to house sup. Transferred. To charge nurse who hung up on me. Called operator and he would not page the house sup until i explained my complaint. House sup didn't call me back. Currently waiting on the phone 1hr 15min and no nurse for pt has responded. Pt current bp 130's over 100's. Apparently thats ok post heart attack today and one a month ago. They really should have no stars.
