Initially good service, they were quick to arrange assessments which I attended. Medical reports took a while to come back which delayed everything. The communication could be better, I feel that I have had to constantly chase Carpenters to find out what stage my claim is at. I have never managed to get through via the telephone number provided but a reasonable response time for emails. Approaching a year since my initial accident so hopefully my case will be settled soon.

19/01/2017 I originally gave this company a 4 star rating, it is with great regret that today I am now editing my review from a **** to a *. I understand and accept that these things can take time, I however do not accept the lack of client contact you can go months without hearing anything and emails will not be responded to. I am losing all confidence in this organisation and reading everyones reviews I am becoming increasingly concerned that I may have chosen the wrong company to represent my claim.
