I would score minus. But obviously I can't. Absolute disgrace of a company. Never reply to contact. Never pick up their phone. Person I was told I deal with has been in touch twice this year. Now 16 months since crash, 2 MRI scans no word of any result on the last one yet. Spelt my name wrong for almost all that time. These were appointed by my insurance company after someone on the wrong side of the road crashed head on to into me. Terrible, terrible, terrible service. Online portal they set you up on for documents and contact never gets replied too. Wonder what they do all day. Probably ignore hundreds of other people.
