Ordered a cooker hood on Sunday as they have 48 hour delivery. Phoned Tuesday evening to find out where it was. The customer service rep kept putting himself on mute and me on hold and on and off speaker the whole way through the conversation, mid sentence. I was not contacted about the delay in delivery and he told me we requested a Wed dispatch from them even though there is no option on checkout to do this!! I was told there was no way they could help have it delivered in their 48hour delivery. Very poor service especially as we ordered from them for the delivery time period.
