1 year ago, as a result of our Silver Shield preventive maintenance, our 17 year old Carrier furnace was determined to be ready for replacement. Bob McCoy, our Barron service technician, identified potentially life threatening levels of carbon monoxide. Thankfully he caught this problem before the heating season began. Bob gave us a couple of options to consider, and we had a new Carrier furnace installed in less than a week. We upgraded to a unit with a variable-speed fan which is so quiet, we hardly know when it is running. Barron's service, from initial telephone contact, to service scheduling, service technicians and installers has been extremely courteous and competent. I have referred several neighbors to Barron based on our experience over the years. Thanks to all for your superior customer service!!
