what can I say accident in 2014, 3 case handlers t...

what can I say accident in 2014, 3 case handlers that never contact you back. The other party who was in my car has received there settlement and had their case closed in Dec 2015. Yet with other side admitting full liability all medical reports in I am still waiting and chasing around after them. This is really not the way you expect to be treated. I will be looking at changing my solicitor and contacting there complaints line . God knows what they would be like if it was a complicated case.
