Lamentable !!!! Can not put 0 star? what this sign deserves: Here is practically 3 months that I am only calling the platform the redoubt concerning an order of May 28, 2018 .... In this order, I ordered 2 lots of 2 chairs (so 4 chairs ) and 2 of which are still not delivered to me and have been paid of course. I want to emphasize the lack of professionalism of the teams of the redoubt and even some responsible who promise to contact us without ever doing it. I call twice a week, have sent a certificate on the honor of not receiving the package nobody contacted me, it leaves me abandoned ...... !!!! I do not know how to get my chairs or refund because every time I call I'm told "I do not know, it's not normal, we'll call you soon" .. I'm promised reminder dates without ever being done !!! It is shameful of a big group like this not to take their customers seriously !!
