Why do the staff starve the patients here at this ...

Why do the staff starve the patients here at this hospital ? Won't allow them to drink or eat for over 24 hour some even go with out food or water for more then 24 hour !!! With out food or water it makes the patients more weak to fight their sickness !!
Just a heads up on discharging from the hospital it takes almost a full day just to be release not sure what the doctor is doing, the faster they discharge a patient the more patient and money they can make, free up some beds for the sick
