The Great Walks are multi-day (2 to 6 days) walking tours that run through New Zealand's most beautiful national parks. The great thing about these nine routes is that the hiking trails are well maintained, the information provision excellent. The routes are divided into stages / days and you can spend the night in cabins on the route (for a fee, which can, for example, book Ultimate Hikes Guided Walks), but sometimes there are also camping places available.
