I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! Our original plans for our wedding were ruined by the COVID 19 pandemic. I contacted the St. Regis for an intimate, virtual ceremony and they were able to accommodate us. I was so thankful for their willingness to work with us, but then I was blown away by the service! We worked with Julia who was efficient about getting things arranged for us. We were shown around by T'loni and Sheila when we went to visit the site. All were very friendly.

When our wedding day arrived, we were greeted warmly by Joseph who was working both valet and as the doorman. Natalia and Pia worked to get my dress steamed and decorated the room with roses and a congrats balloon sign. Preston was there for every need as the ceremony went on and even got a feature during our zoom wedding when he used the sword to open the champagne. As you can see, I picked up a few names because they were all so pleasant and nice. We stayed for two nights, and every opportunity to make our stay more comfortable was taken.

My husband and I are forever grateful that we had this sweet experience in the middle of what felt like chaos. The St. Regis will forever hold a special place in our hearts!
