Currently going on a 30+ minute wait at the front ...

Currently going on a 30+ minute wait at the front desk because they can't find our reservation... With the confirmation number, email, credit card info or our last name. At least 15 other people have checked in and gone to their rooms while we continue to wait for them to figure it out...they said they didn't have the room we reserved. Which means they really have our room away and instead of admitting that, made is wait 45minutes now to deal with it
