Spent over 40k on a beautiful used powerstroke the sales staff was great, but upon bringing the truck home I realized the Spare tire lowering rods, bottle jack and lug key weren t in the truck , after calling and asking about it they assured me it was there when they took the truck in on a trade and proceed to make it sound like I was trying to scam a kit out of them, they then quoted me over $300 for the kit that should of been in the vehicle upon purchase, I ended up holding onto the title to my trade in hostage before they finally gave me the kit that was missing from my truck, I wish it didn t come to that but in the end they did make it right, it just left a bad feeling after a great initial purchase
