I went in for an oil change thinking that lithia dodge of eugene's plan was good there. That was my mistake because the contract isn't with dodge but with Lithia. Not thier fault. The problem I had was that when I called to scheduled Courtney said I was good. And I called to say I was gonna be a couple minutes late (2 min late) she said it was fine. I arrived and was told to wait in the express line by Byron, who had no customers in front of him. 10 min later I was informed by the gentleman in the express line that my oil change plan was only with lithia. No problem with that besides that Courtney didn't explain that to me on the phone and as an employee in the auto service industry you should be forthcoming with your customers. And it is disappointing that an employee that could help when it is busy decided to just sit back and not help is disturbing. I will take my business elsewhere.
